We have a full support staff and do in-house copying, scanning and videotaping. We have conference rooms available at no charge. We provide to our clients ASCII files and E-Transcript files on CD, diskette or by e-mail.
 
 
Elizabeth Pope, Office Manager
Elizabeth has worked with Steve Garwood, now United Court Reporters, since 1988. She retired from court reporting to manage the office. She also works as a scopist/editor. Elizabeth is a Notary Public and also a member of the National Court Reporter Association.

Steve L. Garwood, RPR, CCR, CSR
Steve has been reporting for 30 years in the Tucson area. He has spent the majority of his career in freelance court reporting, which encompasses depositions, hearings, court proceedings, Federal and State Grand Jury proceedings, public hearings, Industrial Commission hearings and Superior Court.  He specializes in employment law cases and business-related litigation. Steve is also certified in California and Nevada.
 
Florence Pasteur, RPR, CCR
Florence has been reporting since 1961, and reported in a freelance capacity in New Jersey doing a variety of court reporting duties until she was hired by United Court Reporters in 1992. She now reports depositions, hearings, Federal Grand Jury proceedings, Industrial Commission hearings, arbitrations, Pima County Merit Commission hearings, and Public Comments. Florence is an expert in medical terminology and computer terminology, and is a senior court reporter.
 
Olivia Armenta, RPR, CCR
Olivia has been reporting since 1986 in the Phoenix and Tucson area. She has been with United Court Reporters since 1995. Olivia routinely reports depositions, hearings, arbitrations, Industrial Commission hearings, and Pima County Merit Commission hearings. She enjoys doing realtime reporting.  She specializes in medical testimony and other technical testimony.
 
Cindy Shearman, RPR, CCR, RMR, CRR
Cindy has been reporting since 1980 and has been with United Court Reporters since 2004. Cindy is a certified realtime reporter and enjoys technical reporting, including medical and computer terminology and other technical work. She now reports a variety of different assignments, including Pima County Merit Commission hearings, depositions, Industrial Commission hearings, Federal Grand Jury Proceedings, arbitrations, and public meetings.
 
Cindy McDevitt, RPR, CCR
Cindy has been reporting since 1996 in the Tucson area. She has been with United Court Reporters since 2007. Since she began reporting, Cindy has reported depositions and hearings in a variety of areas, including workers' compensation, contract disputes and malpractice. Cindy enjoys the diversity that freelance court reporting offers..
 
R. Chris King, RPR, CCR
Chris has been a freelance court reporter in Tucson since 1997. His work with United Court Reporters began in 2007. The wide range of reporting opportunities is what Chris really enjoys. His experience includes depositions, arbitrations, Superior Court proceedings, Federal Grand Jury proceedings, Industrial Commission hearings, Pima County Merit Commission hearings, and public meetings.
 
CERTIFIED LEGAL VIDEOGRAPHER
Lily Cann, a Certified Legal Videographer since 1991, is the head of our video department. She brings 16 years experience in the video industry to her work. Both videographer and an editor, she understands the elements for producing quality videos.
